Cancun Bar and Grill has been bringing the authentic taste of old Mexico to Midland since 2005.Owner Joe Torres and Co-Founder Javier Valles bring to you over 24 years of experience of oven-blended flavors from deep Akumal, Mexico. Their combined culinary experiences from country clubs and memorable experiences from 1996 at the Inn of the Mountain Gods in Ruidoso, New Mexico, yield a pleasant atmosphere and fantastic dishes.

Eating at Cancun Bar and Grill you feel as if you are within the downtown Mexico City and experience the unique flavors of Mexican cuisine, including steaks flamed to a searing 1600°. Steaks are hand cut and layered with Cancun’s special rub, which will melt in your mouth with tender flavor.

Cancun Bar and Grill offers a lighter lunch menu, but still with all the authentic flavorings, such as their Shrimp and Tilapia Tacos served in corn tortillas with guacamole, rice and vegetables. Located within the business district of downtown Midland across from the Midland Courthouse, Cancun Bar and Grill invites all to savor their Mexican flavors and recipes.
